- Orders received before 2:00 PM (IST) are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM (IST) or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days across India.
- In most cases, deliveries are completed within 3 days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
- Expedited shipping options (if available) may incur additional costs.

4. Delivery Partners & Tracking

5. Undelivered & Delayed Shipments
- If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, customers can contact our support team for assistance.
- In case of an undelivered package due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, reattempts will be made by the courier.
- If the order is returned due to non-delivery, we will contact the customer for further action.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
