Return and Refund Policy — National Techtools
1. Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in slightly used or original condition and in the original packaging.

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns are accepted only for:

Damaged products

Wrong item received

Manufacturing defects

Return Shipping Cost (Customer Responsibility)

For all return reasons (including damaged/wrong item/defective): The customer must arrange and pay for the return shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. National Techtools is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are exempt from our return policy:

Heavy machinery above 25 kg

Motors that have been installed or used

Customized or special-order products
-
Electrical items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation
3. Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected (to ensure it meets the slightly used condition and return criteria), the refund will be processed promptly.

The refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of item inspection.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Bank transfer).

If the original payment was Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued through bank transfer (customer will be contacted for bank details).
4. Exchange
Exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and eligibility criteria listed above.
