Return & Refund Policy — National Techtools
“All products are non-returnable. Please record an unboxing video for any damage or defect claims.”
1. No Return Policy
All products sold by National Techtools are non-returnable.
Due to the nature of electronic and power tools products, we do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered.
2. Replacement Policy (Only in Special Cases)
We only provide replacement (not return/refund) under the following conditions:
- Product is dead on arrival (DOA)
- Product is physically damaged at the time of delivery (unboxing video required)
- Customer received a wrong item
👉 Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Important Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for replacement:
- Unboxing video is mandatory (clear and continuous video)
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
❌ Without unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
4. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
- Only replacement will be provided (if eligible)
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor scratches / cosmetic issues
- Used or installed products (especially motors & machines)
- Complaints raised after 48 hours
6. Warranty Support
- Products that come with a manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the brand service center
- National Techtools will assist only in guidance (if needed)
